Film score thing I just made... what should i do with this?

does this have potential or did i just lazily play a bunch of notes? lol

should i create a bunch of stuff like this and release it as an ep or album?

Why not both? :) It's not bad but honestly its nothing special either. The little change in mood right towards the end was a nice turn, but there's no direction or purpose in this alone...it's just a good synth pad sort of played through. If it had some more structure or room for breathing, it could of course become something (the sound and feeling you start with works! but there's gotta be more...), but it seems quite barren just like this.

Welp I finished this track haha... fixed some timing issues and added enhanced ambiance / space, mastered etc. Was released on Vapour City's "A Guided Tour Of Vapour City" compilation- just out today. Agreed with the original critique-- definitely sparse and unsettling, but was kind of going for that vibe :)
