Don't you get problems with your ISP if you use a VPN?

My ISP blocks a lot of shit including Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp, Line, etc. so a VPN is the only way I can access US media.  Not sure what the ISP situation is in your country.

Shouldn't do - whenever you connect to any site it bounces off various servers anyway, the VPN just adds an extra step in the connection chain so won't come across as anything suspect to the ISP.
