Chocolate Appreciation Thread

We've done threads on chocolate drinks, but not the confection that is heavenly chocolat.  Favorites, milk vs dark, pictures, which country makes the best?  Currently devouring a box of almond pocky, mmm...

I really like that stone ground Mexican chocolate with salt and pepper in it. 

Any kind of dark chocolate, 60% cacao or higher.

Lindt dark chocolate, usually the 85% stuff, but 70% as well. They also do a nice one with hazelnuts. Goes great with a glass of red, or a cup of tea.

Molé is really the only way I consume chocolate anymore.

I know this makes me an uncultured peasant, but I honestly like milk chocolate more than dark chocolate

Big fan of chocolate covered biscuits, they don't usually last too long! Marks and Spencers do a tin of luxury chocolate biscuits, they're just delicious. And just like magic, they're usually gone in a flash. Though generally speaking I'm also a uncultured chocolate peasent and more than happy with just a twix or topic. 

I'm a fan of these McVitie's dark chocolate digestives myself:

the Aussies I work with go apeship for Tim Tams, to the point that they clean the shelves out on the rare occasion we get any at our garbage grocery.

don't Aussies use tim tams as straws and suck hot coffee through them? (or something like that....)

Yep 'Tim Tam Slam'. To be honest I thought they tasted like not-as-good Penguin bars.
