Lusine - Sensorimotor

I'm a big fan or Lusine. He's consistently a solid artist with top notch production. This one a little bit samey though. He's getting more and more pop it seems.

I liked A Certain Distance but his last couple didn't grab me. Might give this one a looky, though.

neat! finally something to look forward to

Actually really digging this album. I understand why it could sound a bit poppy, but I don't have any issues with that. It's not tacky or kitsch or anything. Or predictable, I'd argue. The hooks can be pretty obvious, though. I'd call it the right amount of pop.

When it comes to L'Usine, I was more a fan of his early albums and kind of lost interest since. He seemed to be going in some uninteresting electronic triphop direction for a bit, which didnt do anything for me. This album I like though.

Not a big fan of this release. Bit boring imo, but I should listen some more.
