I have tried to make this thread many times I think, I always come back to the euphoric sound of 4/4 in all it's forms...

Duuuude, 4/4 is a time signature, and a pretty ubiquitous one at that.  I dunno if there's really a catch-all for the musics you posted ("4 on the floor" maybe), but on the off chance you really want to appreciate all things 4/4 then

What about uniformly accented time signatures that aren't repeating after every fourth beat?

I think it's not the 4/4 aesthetics you are looking for but rather the accentuation on every whole-number beat

 

So this track would also fit the "every whole-number accentuation aesthetics" (is there a word for this?) as well albeit in 3/4:

No, you usually don't divide musical time by a number other than four (or an integer product of it), so there isn't (usually) such a thing as a 4/3 time. It's all 3/4, 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, 7/4 etc. or is 8/8, 9/8, 10/8 etc

3/4 is a common Waltz time signature (5/4, too!) but if you use techno sounds instead of classical orchestration it sounds lush. And if you put the accentuation (expressed by a kick or a snare drum usually) on every whole-number beat it almost doesn't matter what time signature you use to many people because all they want is an equal period of time between every kick because that's dancey
