I am so very, very angry. A little sad, too, but anger is definitely taking the largest pie-slice of my psyche the past week. That and hatred. And, like all of my emotions, nothing accompanies this better than tunes that fucking hit it bang on. You know what I mean, I'm sure. I'm talking about that feeling when you're just fucking pissed at the world and almost everything and then this tune comes on and it is also like, "Yeah, let's go steamroll those motherfuckers" or whatever. (I'm sure it's different when everything's flowers and sunshine and shit, but that ain't me today. In that case, the right tune comes along and probably assures me that it's okay to cuddle everything that slides past. Whatever. Fuck that today, though.) 

 

So I just put on "Laughing Quarter" by our boys Ae, and am reminded how much it soothes my angry soul:
