Didn't the same thing kinda happen with the Bowie ep? It's just in such bad taste. Doesnt make as much of an impact if the individual artist wasn't alive and involved somehow in the release. It's instantly like a fuckin "best of" "remember Prince" "in memory" "show your condolences as dollar signs"

oh well.... at least the cover was keeping in the tradition of prince's terrible covers for recent albums from 'planet earth' to 'hitnrun phase one and two'

i'm waiting for a bowie/prince/vainio/moebius/yokota collaborative ep

Listened to the whole EP, it's pretty forgettable as expected.
