Glad you digged it. I guess I know what is your point about the drum work. It could be richer with more polyrhythmic action and stuff. At the moment I wanted to focus more on the melodic/harmonic section and the timbral aspects of it. The drums are more of the background for now.

Concur on the lead melody. Really nice track, cool GTA vice city, bbq on a beach vibes. maybe shorten the note decay/release a touch on the main lead? Maybe also some eqing/filtering/reverb or change in pitch to separate the lead/bass/pads a bit more? 

I think the minimalism in the drums work because the lead/bass/pads change enough to make the track interesting.
