Everyone says my cousins son looks like me - I sent a pic of him to my GF saying:

 "you think this could be my son?"  (she didnt kno who the kid was)

BUT ACCIDENTALLY SENT IT TO HIS MOM (MY COUSINS WIFE).

Something we used to do was change the name and icon of the whatsapp group that's just a couple friends and I talking shit about other classmates to the name and icon of the class whatsapp group with like 50 people in it. A friend ended up calling a classmate a fucking mongoloid in the wrong group

I immediately texted an apology saying it was meant for my gf because my whole family has said that we look similar. She didnt respond :(

I once confessed to my crush on MSN and had a long cheesy conversation only to find out it was my friend all along pretending to be her and I got made fun of by the girl herself the next day when that fucking asshole told everybody. I hate him to this day.

I texted my mum on whatsapp to say that a teapot of tea was ready for when she came to visit. Instead, accidentally sent it to an American friend, who was woken up by a UK person telling him about tea. He said he would not be making a several thousand mile round trip just for tea.
