Time to get that credit card out again.

Looks like two separate releases - one contains all the Roadhouse music. The other is the incidental music.

Nice, I was wondering about this. There was a track from the episode right after Doug-E got laid that I really dug. Hope it's on there.

Wonder if they'll put out a purely ambient/background noise album of just all the sound design stuff. Or that hum in the office Ben keeps trying to find the source of.

I'm going on memory here I don't have the episode in front of me, but I'm pretty certain that was one of the tracks from the new Johnny Jewel record, Windswept.

As much as I love the music in Twin Peaks I don't understand the appeal of buying soundtracks. It's always great to hear the music in the context of the show but I never feel like sitting down and listening to Laura Palmer's Theme or something.

The only format that track truly shines on is a burnt CD-R with handwritten sharpie, ideally played through slightly blown out Dodge Neon factory speakers.

When you get it and/or can anyone confirm if any of the Roadhouse songs are actually the Roadhouse performances, or just the songs that appeared. Must confess, the main reason I'm asking is the Tarifa performance utterly slays the album version . . .

These are the same, however they're on picture discs, so the sound quality is gonna be shit. I've never had a picture disc that doesn't sound like complete fucking textured ass sludge.
