Heidi Lord Passed Away

In the past couple days, I noticed some posts come up on my Facebook Newsfeed via Jodey Kendrick's account that it appears his wife Heidi, who recorded as Heidi Lord, has passed away from cancer. :(

It's so sad to hear it finally got the best of her. It just adds yet another layer of emotion now when I listen to her album English Electric, and to EDM E1: Mount Vernon Soundtrack.

Fuck cancer.

Yeah my dad died 17 years ago today (3rd September), which is sad for me. Very strong and healthy man as well, he was a wreck near the end as the cancer was in his spine.

Sad news. My thoughts go out to her family and friends.

My mum passed away earlier this year from breast cancer.

Awful news. My condolences to Jodey and their family.

Very sad news, more so when a person is young, I hope we are near a time when most cancer can be stopped, it takes so many.
