 Album Of The Week :

The Irresistible Force (Mixmaster Morris) - Kira Kira

A great return to form by the Ambient music legend Mixmaster Morris. After such a long wait since the epic 'It's Tomorrow Already' album back in 1998, Morris serves up nine stunning Downtempo / Ambient moods in his own unique style.

Recommended tracks : Warmer Than The Sun,Magic Acid

Shall Remain Nameless

A lovely debut album that dropped into our inbox earlier this week. The press release says the artists influences are The Orb & The Future Sound Of London and it definitely embraces these particular artists unique style and over the 50 plus minutes it does it very well indeed! A wonderful debut album release and one we highly recommend.

Recommended Tracks : Coney Island Sideshow, Life In Any Form

Could you maybe move this to the general music folder as opposed to new and upcoming releases?

Ah right. Just feels like shameless self-promotion to keep your label name at top of the page.

This is a thread for music that we have come across and are happy to promote. End of story. Enjoy your Sunday evening!

Samora - The Gift

It was a difficult week trying to choose an album of the week as the quality was so high from all the music sent to us (thanks to everyone for submitting your music) but the genius that is Enrico Marani aka Samora is this weeks choice! Another truly amazing journey from one of Italy's finest ambient producers. 'The Gift' is an essential release for all lovers of deep ambient music. Grab a CD or download!

Enrico Coniglio - King Of Corns * Album Of The Week *

Each week Psychonavigation chooses a new album that we have recently discovered and that we highly recommend for all followers of Psychonavigation to buy ;)

Fans of Psychonavigation will know the works of Enrico Coniglio from his three albums on the label. His music always take the listener on a unique journey that is full of mystery and delight. Melody is a pivotal part of Enrico's music and it shines through on this fantastic new record. The album is quite possibly his most ambitious work to date too and it comes highly recommended here at Psychonavigation.

Recommended Tracks : Love Scene,Rachel On The Beach

No not for this.

Our label does a monthly podcast but we only feature our own artists music : http://2fm.rte.ie/2fm-shows/late-night-sessions/

very nice, thank you.

ISHQ - Aquaphonics

* Album Of The Week *

We have been following the work of Ishq aka Matt Hillier for a long time now. He always delivers the goods and this time around he has on offer 6 x 20 plus minute tracks. As this has been out a while (apologies we seemed to have missed it) the limited edition mini cdr's have sold out unfortunately but the digital format is available to pick up thankfully.

For lovers of deep ambient sounds this will do nicely.

Recommended Tracks : Biosymetry in Aquatic light,Neptune oracle moonbeams

Ambelion - The Cure

* Album Of The Week *

The wonderful Northern Ireland label Where Ambient Lives delivers another great Ambient release! Their latest offering is from Ukrainian electronic composer Ambelion. We know his work ourselves through his Ambi-trance album on our own label Offshoot last year.

This album is pure 90's Ambience. Heavily influenced by Aphex Twin. If your a fan of Selected Ambient Works Vol 2 you will enjoy this album immensely.

Recommended Tracks :  Lonely Myth,Modulate Coast
