Yeah! Don't think I didnt consider it. I just decided to keep 90% of the samples from the source material & not add any synths, as I wanted to try to keep the mood of the original track.

 

I ♡♡♡ footwork and I will be making more trax based off of my musical background, so lush pads will happen.

This is really cool! I was curious about how a Footwork version of this could make sense. You totally made it work!

I'm totally against remixing songs I can't make better and generally steer clear of Aphex because of that philosophy.

 

That being said... Wow! I love this! My only complaint is I wish it were longer!
