Prurient - Rainbow Mirror

Just sunk $180 into this. I'm actually looking forward to it because its supposed to be ambient and psych-y, like repetitive. Wouldn't be surprised if this isn't considered electronic here but it is.

im guessing that like me there are a few people on this board who got in to electronic music as a subculture of this kind of stuff. either way, the box. set caught my eye after the two released tunes caught my ear. definitely a bit of a departure even from Frozen Niagara Falls it seems. he has some good frequencies and interesting sounds so far so biting was not a tough call.

man i love Prurient & Vatican shadow but this is too expensive even if it looks and sounds amazing as always. Also this new LP will be more then 3 hours long just perfect for a dark winter.

new track is Power Ambient as it best but damm he could have pitched that melody up or down for at least one time

He puts too much stuff out imo

totally. December feels like a perfect time to spend 3 hours in a gloomy ass emotional bulldozing from prurient. I listen to frozen Niagara Falls a lot more than I thought I would which is why I felt like spending 200 dollars on this was worth it. 

we'll see, but the two tracks so far have been more listenable than anything I've heard from him thats not rainforest spiritual enslavement or whatever. 

are you familiar with Prurient cause he has more listenable non noise tracks , love this ones a lot !
