Boards of Canada - Trails (cigazze rework)

Hey all! I've been inactive for a bit, but I was told by a friend to post this here as y'all would be interested, so here I am!

The other day I reached 300 soundcloud followers - not a lot, but still a milestone! So to commemorate, here's a rework of Boards of Canada's beautiful short loop "Trails". As I'm sure many of you know, it was only released as a 12 second web loop + 25 second 'samples' track in the early 2000s, both in very low quality. So out of a love of the track, a personal longing for a longer version, and as a musical exercise, I took the 'samples' version and tried to emulate what a fleshed out version by Boards of Canada would have sounded like.

Therefore, this obviously sounds super derivative of BoC's style, but it's on purpose. Either way, I hope you enjoy.
