modey
the end section sounds like one time when my monomachine's DSP crashed (or somehow malfunctioned?), I remember asking about it in the AAA thread but got a response of "it's the sound of the trees" lol Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide modey's signature Hide all signatures youtube | bandcamp | soundcloud | twitter | facebook 0F.digital Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/94683-what-does-no-one-ever-talk-about-the-trees/#findComment-2607590 Share on other sites
Roo
The Trees seems well liked enough. I guess when thinking about Untilted, people often mention the opening four tracks, maybe pick out Sublimit, maybe give a shout out to Iera, whilst Fermium and The Trees get forgotten a little (and it repeats progression processes already seen throughout earlier album tracks, so could be read as more predictable by that point). The Trees also has an intelligible title, and these tracks are prone to distrust from a stereotypical ae nutter. Untilted is also such a great album that some of the tracks unfairly defer to the album experience in full.
