gonna dump weird//unfinished stuff here from time to time & put notes on how i think i should develop it. partially my personal production journal & partially getting in the habit of sharing stuff more. might get self-conscious & stop tho because that's what usually has happened in the past

this one kinda unintentionally ended up sounding like "On" but OH WELL I STILL LIKE IT

feel like when the second kick drops at 2:08 it could be a bit bigger somehow

also when everything except for the kick drops out just before the 3 minute mark could feel like a bit more of a break

kinda like the slowed down ending part on it's own, might just put that part out on an album with some edits

i feel like the particular vibe of this track is something i'm going to be exploring more for a while (ie real sparse & wandering). i'm imagining getting to the point of sounding like a freeform jazz trio where it's just three dudes noodling on drums//bass//melodic instrument for a while (except like in the sonic style of my music). dunno about this guy particularly, i kinda like how ugly & unfinished it sounds tbh
