The first two have some good groove and lots of movement in them, which is great. The recording/sound design aspect of all three is high quality, though they feel a touch too dry at moments...that may be more of a stylistic choice than anything of course :)

The last one, Elementary, didn't do much for me at all, though you did get some interesting sounds going at moments...

The second one, Unknown1, tended towards that direction as well, sort of meandering a bit too much to keep me engaged. Again, it definitely had some good sounds and groove to it, but it felt like a one trick pony and lacked a bit of depth or direction. The groove really is a nice one though.

The first track, Rene Stinson, was the best of the bunch in my opinion. A little more to the point and seemed to have more of an idea and feeling it was trying to convey, and I feel it succeeded. That said, I do think it still went on a touch too long, could've been more effective with a couple minutes trimmed out of it :)

I want to emphasize again how GOOD they sound. You're on your game there with a really raw, full, rich sound. Again maybe missing a little depth via effects or whatever, but it all sounds great. I'm also listening to tech1 on your SoundCloud and it's got some nice sounds to it as well. Keep it up dude.

many thanks for listening through these. these recordings are still almost sketches, not really compete tracks as i am still learning the new setup and overall i am still developing production skills.

again many thanks for the feedback.

I actually really like this one. It has a very sneaky vibe to it. I'd be interested in hearing how this would sound if you pitch it down 2-3 semitones and slow it down a bit.

Really liked the groove of the 1st tune, however the snare is a little out of place and jarring for my taste which is a shame because the rest of it works really nicely. I didn't really feel the 2nd track to be honest, it didn't really grab me or feel like it was going anywhere? I like the sound design and sounds used in the 3rd track but think it was a little too slow for my taste.

Some good stuff here though. A lot to work with, look forward to hearing more.

gotta be honest here, mixing wise everything sounds perfect af, and the pallete of synthesized sounds for both melodies/harmonies and beats are also really top notch, but structurally and harmony/melodie speaking these tracks don't do much for me, the one i like more is elementary, probably because it's not so dance oriented, it's more like a soundscape... anyway i know it's just a question of personal taste so you should't care about my opinion, keep it up man!

Some promising stuff (you clearly have good taste). I found when I first got into modular that patching was becoming a bind. I always fell into the oscillator-filter-envelope-delay/reverb trap. It was only when I purposefully broke that pattern and really experimented (at one point just blindly patching anything to anything) that I started to get truly interesting results, and my rack came to life.

Stick with it, the permutations will begin to multiply.

sunday morning jam.

quick listen through the first 3 tracks you posted and then this one - agree with others above, you've got the bones of something really excellent here. This voices track is super.

some areas for improvement, definitely too dry at times, you need to open it out somehow (delays, reverbs?) and structure the tracks so they aren't too meandering. the weird voice sound is placed further away in this track which is good but the percussion bleeps and kick and everything else is quite centred and static.

Good work man.

two new recordings. one full track and one small sketch. this time a bit heavier towards noisy, experimental, glitchy stuff.

The tones in the longer track are nice, that darker bassy synth sound in particular.
