Pinkshinyultrablast - Miserable Miracles

Excellent album from Russian shoegaze / dream pop group Pinkshinyultrablast. They've kind of shifted to synth-heavy stuff, reminds me a bit of older Grimes.

I quite like their previous one, but wasn't really convinced by their most recent single. Will have a listen!

It's not for everyone, this might be a misstep to some as they've really dove into synthpop style traits. Doesn't help that the genre is way over-saturated with mediocre crap right now - I swear just about every indie band is doing it. I like their approach to it personally though.
