Phone got stolen help please

Recommended Posts

Guys my phone got stolen in Spain.

I've changed all my passwords for all my accounts, now I'm trying to log out my phone out of gmail remotely from home, but it says "google can't confirm account belongs to you"  even though I managed to change the password a few minutes before that and logged out all web sessions

This sucks, please help

thx in advance

Of course it's got a finger print and "swipe password" and everything so maybe I'm just freaking out. But yeah

sorry for the panic thread, but every tip or trick is welcome. I think I covered the basics, but can't seem to make that last bit work i.e. trying to remotely log off my phone from gmail/google

Okay so what you need to do is go to 100 Montaditos and order the 1/2 liter Mahou. Drink it, then order another. Drink that one. Then order the palomitas de pollo. Eat them. Problem solved.

That's where it got fucking stolen lol

Anyway if I change my pw of my google account, will the device still stay connected?

You should be good in that case - The finger print will make sure they can't get in and so they'll just end up factory resetting it.

While you can do basic stuff by googling 'where's my phone' if you're logged in to the same google account on both the phone and your laptop/computer I recommend nabbing Lookout for better remote access to the device if it gets lost.

I haven't eaten a Wagon Wheel since 07/11/07... ilovecubus.co.uk - 25ml of mp3 taken twice daily.

thanks mcbpete yeah the thing is the swipe password wasnt incredibly difficult so I hope changing my password also helped. Anyone knows if the phone then asks to enter the changed password?
