Cathode Ray Tube - Invisible Soundtracks

One of those prolific artists that I realize I have historically overlooked because of hesitance to dig in.  I've been digging through his catalogue over the past few months finally and am consistently blown away.  

This album in particular might be the best I've heard from him.  Reminds me of that feeling as a kid in the late nineties, listening to Dead Cities or Orblivion for the first time.  So many twists and turns, such impeccable sound design.  I'd be willing to wager this would be right up many folks alleys in here.

Personally, as its creator, I'm still getting my head around "Invisible Soundtracks." It seems deceptively simple but when I go back and listen even I hear different stuff I missed before.

Thanks! A lot of people say that which is a huge compliment. What's funny is I don't really know much of The Orb's music!  Mad respect for Sir Patterson and crew though. Guess I need to listen up some then, eh? Thanks again!

Yeah, Igloo has been really good to me. I'm glad they think I'm consistently doing good stuff. There may be a larger piece on my music very soon.
