I may be confusing that name, so I am terribly sorry if this is the case and I am mistaken, but if memory serves me right,the user/musician who went by the name Quelnt tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident.

Somewhere on page 22 it looks like it was "quoph" who had the fatal accident, but I decided not to mention the confusion earlier because I have no clue, they could both have passed away for all I know.
