Not what I expected to be number one, and Stone in Focus's inclusion is nice to see.

"They're about guns, lasers, robots with laser guns in space. Monsters from the future. Explosions. Sylvester Stallone doing a backflip on top of a spike while Robocop carries a ghost up a mountain. Bombs and swords and that... IDM is awesome."

Now we just need the conservative elite to rate Chainsmokers songs in The National Review and all our musical taste decisions are sorted, forever.

I'm guessing it's an older writer judging by the age of the tracks. I'm working on a theory you can guess people's age based on aphex tracks.

Perhaps, it's pretty solid though. They link to here in the Sean Booth mention too.

No Tuss? Nonsense... pretty good list but you've got to have Synthacon 9 or Last Rushup in there innit. Crying In Your Face too... and of course XMD5A. And marchromt30a. And In The Maze Park. And Fredugolon 6. Fuck this list.

Early 30s or less?

i do love all the tracks in the list i might add, and got a huge amount of time for the older works - especially IZ-US and the entirety of SAW 85-92...my list would probably have to stretch beyond 20  :cat:

Another fucking list the doesn't mention To Cure A Weakling Child (Contour Regard)

(wankers!!!) (big shaking fist) (right in your face) (aggro situation)

I think only me and Ludd (that's his old name, his new name is well weird but I know it begins with P, his avatar is of Rick Jones, the finger mouse man) that appreciate this tune

Yeah I was wondering this as well. It's probably true that younger aphex fans will tend to like Drug use-> Tuss -> Syro more than the earlier stuff.

Also Syro somehow manages to feel modern while using a lot of older tech. No way it could have been made more than 10 years ago I think.
