Been listening to a lot of Amon Tobin and μ-Ziq

yeah, agreed, def hear the early Amon influence (a pretty good touchstone) - also, kind of has a bit of the drifty/sound design feel of later Amon stuff. Nice work, particularly for just starting out!

How long have you been making music?

FM synths with lots of reverb?  Yup, I can definitely hear the μ-ziq influence.  

this is nice. i like the flow of it. good use of the break and the main melodic element is swell.

Sorry for the late reply. At the time of this post I had been creating electronic music for a few months. Now I'm almost a year in. And as much as I've learned since this track and gear acquired since then I have to admit you guys are very kind. I think this track was created with just an ipad and a model D. See my latest post for more tracks in varying styles. Haven't used a DAW yet either. I liked this song enough to include it on my album Extemporized.
