not going to go as far as saying this is sample because there are some tonal/quality differences that throw me off here but these two bits sound very similar to me!

Another possibility is they sampled and/or emulated the same music, sounds like gamelan stuff 

The problem with sampling a gamelan ensemble in a track is that it’s never gonna sound as good as a gamelan ensemble by itself.

And neither is as good as a gamelan ensemble on weeEEeeeeEeeeddd
