hijexx
Saw this posted on Twitter from a gig July 1995 in Washington state. Found a blurb from MTV: http://www.mtv.com/news/506083/jampac-benefit-in-july-to-feature-foo-fighters-and-sweet-75/ Quote JAMPAC, the music lobbying organization founded by former Nirvana bassist Krist Novoselic that has been fighting music censorship is holding a benefit on July 22 at the Kitsap Fairgrounds in Bremerton, WA. Dig this line-up: Novoselic's band, Sweet 75, his former Nirvana partner David Grohl's band, Foo Fighters, plus Shudder To Think, Wool, Sky Cries Mary, Afghan Whigs, and Bjork with DJ Aphex Twin. Tickets went on sale June 30, and the show is expected to be a sell-out. Nothing like a good cause and an excellent line-up to make for a great night of music. Haven't heard of this appearance before. Wonder if it actually happened? donquixote 1 Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/97779-bjork-wdj-aphex-twin-1995-show-in-bremerton-wa/ Share on other sites
Joyrex
Wow, that's really going back a ways... funny if he was known as "DJ Aphex Twin" back then! DucksOpinion
Maybe is was just an early way of letting folk know it was a DJ set and not some madman squelching live. nightlark 1 Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/97779-bjork-wdj-aphex-twin-1995-show-in-bremerton-wa/#findComment-2745595 Share on other sites
