how to acknowledge a warning?

Im trying to post again, and it seems my account is locked in that i cannot post in threads. something about acknowledging a warning. how can i do this exactly?

Can you post a screenshot? I'll see if I can figure out what's going on. Maybe it requires some sick admin powers but I'll give it a look
