Thanks! The most work was done with Reaktor (for the synthesis of the samples I fed into Geist2 and for the synth sounds), Geist2 (for sequencing and modulation) and Triad (really versatile multi-band modular multi-effect plugin that allows very complex modulation) all within Cubase. I made multiple live recordings of me noodling with the patches and sequences I made and combined them in various ways. Can't really remember every step
