gated
Personally, I would have released this as one 3LP package, but still. I very much like Part 2. https://www.juno.co.uk/products/derek-carr-pursuit-part-1/754820-01/ https://www.juno.co.uk/products/derek-carr-pursuit-part-2/754821-01/ ManjuShri 1 Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide gated's signature Hide all signatures Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/98556-derek-carr-pursuit-parts-1-and-2/ Share on other sites
dcom
Carr is finally getting the recognition he deserves, but I have to agree on the packaging; the digital's a bit pricey through Bandcamp as well. dcom
Carr's also revived his own Trident imprint and released the Reset EP last year, this year's first is a re-release of Warm Machines EP, first released on Revoke, long out of print; For Those That Knoe's curated collection of Carr's back catalogue as Knoe 5/1, 5/2 and 5/3 are also essential, as is 5/4, the A Future-Retrospective of Art compilation with some previously unreleased tracks. The Knoe series are vinyl only, though, but worth your while unless you already have the early EPs from 2001-2004. Distant Systems on FireScope also stands out for me. species8472 1 Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Hide dcom's signature Hide all signatures It Doesn't Matter™ You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike. dcomμnications (WATMM blog, mostly about non-IDM releases, maybe something else, too.)
