Tom is the spitting image of a guy in my town called Alex Gay

 

and yes this guy's real name is Alex Gay

 

He has the strangest walk ever and he picks up old fag buts from outside the pub and uses them to make roll ups.

 

a local band once got him to scream down a mic in a song and called it

 

Skippy Joe by The Sensational Alex Gay band

 

No body else will find this funny but this character is a local legend and Tom looks exactly like him in that pic

 

so like him in fact that i have come to the conclusion that it is not Tom but in fact Alex Gay.
