Vinyl seems silly. The set had to be cut so it fit on vinyl, and presumably faded out/in at the mid point....

Surely a CD release of the full set would be better?

Yep. Running Time for the original (a real banger!) was 63:45 so I guess you'll miss around 20 mins. As far as I can remember there was no suitable point for a fade in/out. Will the purchase of the vinyl/digital give you download of the original set, or the new album-fit set?

Yeah that's what is putting me off.  Original stream was great.  I would rather just sit this £20 wax out and wait for a digital via bandcamp or something.  CD makes much more sense to me if he wants a physical release for it.

Haven't heard this, but I'm finally listening to Animated Violence Mild, and it's really excellent.  No thread for that one, so my praise goes here.
