max4live generic librarian patch

Hey, does anyone know if there exists a generic librarian type patch that lets you select a preset from a dropdown list and then the magic combination of bank/program messages are sent to your hardware?

I looked at the list and it mostly seems specific editors for specific models. I am thinking it could as well be generic - you could import a CSV table file with preset name, (optional) group, MSB-LSB Bank and Program change into the patch and then save it into Live as a preset for this patch (like "Roland XV5080 librarian").

I think it might be difficult to read the CSV and save it inside the patch probably. Don't know yet, but probably sequencers retain the sequence data when the project is saved so there must be a way to keep the full library as well instead of having to load it up every time you want to use the librarian plugin.

I know Live can send Bank/Program change messages directly from clips but it's useful only if you already know the magic numbers.
