VE Day 2020 - 75 years

Went for a walk down my street and saw flags hanging out of windows, trees and bunting all across the street as well as lots of families having barbecues with their neighbours out in front (people are social distancing still don't worry) to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the allied victory in Europe. My area is usually pretty deserted so it's a nice refreshing change seeing so many happy faces on this sunny and important day.

It's always important to note that the end of WW2 did not cause the end of war, suffering and imperialism though we are one step closer to achieving that goal if we all work together.

Has anyone here done anything today?
