Badun - "Future Twenty-Four"

Gotta bump this one. Excellent bubbly soundscapes from these Danish wunderkinds. Been playing their music nonstop lately on my recent Schematic excursions.

Yeah I’ve since gone back and grabbed the rest of their discog. So varied - the earlier stuff has that Burnt Friedman/Flanger vibe going for it, which I love. Later stuff has more electronics while still maintaining the jazzy feel.
 

So many artists attempt to find this balance between electronic and organic, but few aside from Burnt/Atom TM hit it. Badun walks this line and keeps surprises waiting at every turn. One of my favorite new discoveries.
