I like the atmosphere a lot in this - it is dreamlike, unsettling but comforting at the same time.

Mix-wise I think that it is out-of balance : 

Teh pad could be louder and at the forefront of this work, it is the tune and that is where the actual emotional content exist, at least for me. On the contrary, the glitches could use a drop in volume and probably a bit of dynamic EQ to tame the HF content ? That is my initial estimate without thinking a lot.
