Children’s literature/movies/tv programs/music

My 6yo step son loves True Widow, Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix , Robyn, Beastie Boys... as well as Alva Noto, some Autechre and Aphex. He also enjoys some utterly crappy French song that I deeply despise haha !

The King and the Mockingbird is my favorite movie, as well as his mom’s too, but it scares the shit out of him. Which I can totally understand.

He much prefers Totoro and Asterix et Cleopatre / Les 12 travaux d’Asterix, as well as Myazaki’s Sherlock Holmes. He can watch them all on repeat.

Now I’m waiting for him to be older and to watch The Simpsons (up to s8, ah!), Twin Peaks and countless TV shows / movies with him.

Now I suppose I’ll have to wait a few more years to discover what his little sister / brother (my wife’s due to late June, we’re so happy !) will enjoy ;)
