Let's talk BPM

This guy from airwindows plugins released a chart about bpms a couple of months ago that might be interesting.

I dont really know  what bpms work for what. Most of the time i just open my daw and start making music on the default bpm and regret it later.

i also always wonderd what those decimal bpms are all about like u see on syro. I always chalked it up to lining up breaks better.

Does this mean there is gonna be a watmm comp where everyone does a track with a bpm from each column?

I never know what bpm I should have on my tracks 

Is there a good guide?
