Burial - Antidawn EP

I'm not wild about these songs but i'm glad they exist.

I've listened to it about 5 times and fell asleep to it twice (on purpose).

Its awesome to fall asleep to.. and I mean that as a good thing! 

I do understand people's frustration with it tbh it is a tease when beautiful bits don't last as long as you might like...but I kinda love that & think it's part of what will keep drawing me back & make this a grower..

i got about half way through this before concluding it sounded way too much like a poor imitation of rod modell's dawn, dusk & darkness cd

so i listened to that again instead

Kinda buzzed listening to this on the southern most shore in Hawaii. Probably not the setting this album is best suited for but I’m having a good time with it.

Just traveling/escaping with my wife and kids. Took this during my nightly walk along the sea cliffs. 

Still listen to this regularly. Strange Neighbourhood and New Love really have something special about them in terms of the sound collage sound plus some nice memories from the last year I have help too - each listen feels unique and fresh.
