Got an email from the festival Rosendal Garden Party that's happening in Stockholm in June. Aphex Twin is announced on June 10. The interesting thing is, it says it's his first live gig in Sweden, contrasting this with the DJ set at Hultsfredsfestivalen 1999. Let's have it! Oh, also, tickets on Thursday at 10 am local time.

On March 10, the new album Radical Romantics will be released and Rosendal Garden Party will be Fever Ray's first gig in Stockholm since the now legendary concerts on Nobelberget in 2018.

The tickets for Rosendal Garden Party 10 June are released on Thursday at 10:00 via Eventim. First, a limited number of discounted early bird tickets are released, then regular tickets are released.

At this rate, I would expect him to announce a US show. I’m almost hoping that he doesn’t because I’m broke as a joke atm. Still, my hype cells are percolating.

Not a live act guy usually but it's pretty cool to see some activity from phex.

Would be really happy if this burst of activity from Camp Aphex Twin heralded a new album. I’ve never jelled with Syro and the long time that’s passed since it was released hasn’t really exposed any unrealised gems. Though the non album tracks released, MarchromT30a & End2 are top notch Aphex tunes which just adds to my general malaise with the whole Syro project. I know I’m gonna be kicking myself to bits on that weekend for not seeing him live but a new album would be the perfect tonic
