Hey, here's a hot take. The Simpsons was and still is fucking amazing. Season 2-9 are nonstop home runs and it has never been surpassed by any show.

yes the early seasons are gold. but it turned to such shit, which has more or less negated the genius of the whole thing. I've tried numerous times over the years to watch the newer (like post year 20

Absolutely agree it's the only cartoon show that's ever made me laugh out loud the earlier seasons are amazing

absolutely one of the best shows ever made , there’s hardly a dud episode between seasons 2-10 - it’s such a shame they kept going and ruined things

Just watched the episode where Edna and Skinner hook up and I don't think I ever paid attention to Skinner's announcement about the bake sale during the intro. It's brilliant.
