I just remembered…
 

For a brief period of time, Plum and I changed people’s photos of themselves ever so slightly and I used my mighty moderator powers to edit people’s posts and replace the original photos with our edits.
It was wonderful.

I was browsing Reddit not so long ago and I noticed someone had reposted one of my old watmm photoshoops. We really were the original content creators. Now we’re old and unfunny.

I was listening to Autechre and decided to visit WATMM on a whim. I didn't expect to see this thread! Congratulations on 25 years of WATMM. That kakapo video brings back memories This place was very special to me for many years of my adolescence and I'm honored to have known so many unique people on here.

Same thing on Instagram where people repost Afex Aventurs drawings (I think it was Cryptowen behind this blog iirc ?)

I don't remember who did it, but I used to love the Internet Villains photoshop of a bloodied Terry Funk holding a laptop.

18 years on watmm. So I celebrated by setting a new avatar as camping is not my thing anymore since quite a long time and and image of one of the best raves I have been to recently better represents what I turned into 

Interesting side note: I was posting with another user on watmm before this one but it got deleted at a certain point. It was around 2 or 3 years after this forum came to existence 

I had to check when I joined because I have no memories of joining here. August 2011 seems kind of wrong though, too late by a couple of years. But I guess I was just lurking here before I made the account.

I was thinking of WATMM back when i joined in 04 after lurking for a bit, holy smokes where does the time go?  Cheers and thanks for the lols, so many great threads, my fav had to be the first most IDM brackets and the Deep Sea Creatures photoshops and subsequent compilation.
