So now we're at the point where Trump is not only openly defying federal court orders, but demanding that every judge ruling against his actions be removed entirely. I guess we've officially reached the constitutional crisis threshold we've been warned about for the past month or so.

honestly, that sounds like so many other things already alleged in many accounts of the JFK assassination. there's a lot out already. my friend's mom is part of a group that has national conferences and writes books, interviews people including secret service agents etc.. for a long time now there's been a lot of things out there that are "holy shit" level of reaction but so much of it is one person telling their tale. then the oliver stone movie came out.. and a lot of people who have chased this stuff for decades have issues w/the movie.

i'm curious if anything actually new will be in this big release.

Man, would I love to see my state go blue though. Or even full independence from the Union, depending on how shitty things get. (There's been an AK Independence party for decades that never gained any real political traction. But the way things are going these days...)

honestly not 100% sure we're going to have a standard election cycle. i guarantee people working with T are looking at reasonings to subvert/delay federal elections over the coming years if they're able. i don't know that this would happen, but at this moment it sure seems within the realm of possibility at the pace that things are going, and with the tactics being tried.

idk anything about AK but my understanding is all those big states have folks who've talked that shit for years...Texas is close to me so i've always heard about it in particular, but they literally couldn't make it happen within a lifetime. Alaska's a bit of a different state compared to almost everything else tho, so hey, maybe y'all could pull it off. strategically i imagine it's still an important state for the US gov (re: military) to keep in play tho, so they'd likely not allow it any independence to roll through, just like any other states/territories with constituents desiring it. better be careful tho, even if it worked Russia might start claiming it back, y'all might have to deal with them instead. Ruskies have already been flying in our airspace for years doing their usual peeping shit. And I've been hearing that the Kremlin wants AK back. But we bought it from them back in 1867, fair and square.

I suppose there are lingering hypothetical scenarios though. What if they launch a "special military operation" here? Or perhaps somewhat more likely, DJT tries to sell us back? Either way, purely hypothetical at this point. I think we're pretty well fortified due our significant military presence here (unlikely to capitulate outright), not to mention the vast majority of us residents being armed (myself included). So any kind of occupation attempt by Putin would be impossible without potential heavy losses for his troops. (Hopefully he learned from Zelenskyy on that strategy.)

i'd have to watch this more than once to get it to sink in but.. nerds, data, statistics, election vote flipping, anomalies
