Yeah my excitement at seeing a new KASM release lasted the 1 extra second it took to read who the artist was.

In the spirit of fairness I gave the Juno samples a go. Sounds dreadful as always.

Is RH considered to be a bad artist? Although I have heard of the name in passing many a time I've never bothered to listen to his music.

I'm maybe just extra salty because I've had to sit through 3 of his sets now, as he's always supporting Autechre. If you think something like 'conclusion' from this release sounds bad, it's so much worse on a live rig.

But yeah give the samples a go and see what you think. For me it's painfully dull machine music with no rhythm or soul, equal parts boring and unpleasant to listen to.  A lot of people say that about Autechre though too and I love them, so who knows?
