OK then, that's that. Let's all just agree that he never intended from the 2 disks to match perfectly, and that the bits that do match up are a coincidence.

There. And another proof that coincidences are happening with aphex twin songs, I have matched up Wabby Legs with Bit and Children Talking (it matches like the diagram below):
