a BoC mix

The mix is interesting ... every time BOC has come out with new material, I've made a new mix cd, and I found that the TCH tracks just don't lend themselves to being close to their other stuff. So I finally gave up and did one from 1999 and before (MHTRTC, Hi Scores, everything before that) and one 2000 to present (IABPOITC, Geogaddi, TCH). It worked a lot better, at least for me.

yeah, as a mix it isn't technically all that great ... though i did try to line up tracks that had a similar feel to them, and also i tried to put short 'bridge' tracks in between the longer clips, a la their albums. and the mixing is sort of terrible, at spots. mostly i just wanted to have a big long BoC thing to play in the background while writing papers, i probably shouldn't even have called it a 'mix,' with the dj-type dexterity that word implies
