Oh yeah I remember that... But Im sure even if it wasn't last step he was at least still aware of the EP because he used the same logo. It was probably a joke.

Warpmart does a featured artist section every few months where they reduce the price of an artists back catalogue, when they did one on Venetian Snares they included the Last Step record on Planet Mu. That sealed it for me, prior to that I figured it was just speculation.

i talk to last step on a semi-regular basis... it is enjoyable music... i am looking forward to his next ep muchly.... it is nice..

'laststep' with the 606 reference is just the logo of the last step arrow on a 606

imo it sounds horrible.. it takes the sound of a 606 and make it sound like a casio tone demo kit..

though im going to get individual outs for my 606..
