Never liked this track. I'm more Hedphelym guy...

Not my favourite on the album but it's certainly up there + there's something really cool about this track. To me it's always had a transitory vibe to it, like being in a quiet carriage in a fast train.

for the record, the full title of this thread is "HELIOSPHAN LIVE " (this is because classic watmm threads had a title and a subtitle underneath, e.g. "BATCOCK (batcock)")

Best version, ever.

One of my favourites. Agree with milkface, it always makes me feel as though I’m a supersonic bird flying fast across the hot ochre desert towards the cool blue of the ocean. That image was implanted in my brain after about 30 seconds I first ever played Heliosphan and remains that way even today, just like a recurring dream.

Might be a fav of mine...
