Fennesz + Sakamoto - Cendre

This cd is terrible. Boring. The piano playing is pathetically simple and BORING. UGHHHHH I fucking love Fennesz but this cd sucks ass. If you like this kinda crap you'll find theres a lot better albums than this for falling asleep to.

I really liked the album. Haven't listened anything else by Fennesz in collaboration with Sakamoto.

I think you're missing the point...

at first i was disapointed with coz it seemed predictible (that mix of piano & computerish guitar) but after a few listens, it has totally grown on me. i'm still surprised how sad the whole record is but its really great, some fantastic minimal piano here & then + lush fennesz melodies in the background.

i think i love it!

yer i dig this. i prefer the trks with more fennesz fuzz. the piano is a nice addition to his music. every track doesn't work but on the whole this is a good listen
