if i were to care enough to think anything about who is behind this new aphex 12" i would say that it's richard james who, from analord onwards, has demonstrated his (still way ahead of the game) idiosyncratic electronic sound and possibly expressing his dissatisfaction with the state of ("electronic music"(lol)) and deliberately alienating the breakcore noob crowd who think come to daddy is the pinnacle of his discography and who probably think firestarter by the prodigy is cutting edge.

Track 3 sounds like a Vibert collab to me. Nice to hear that "Wheeyyyy!" noise from the Flow Coma remix make a comeback.

Track 5 (with its ridiculous name) sounds very Squarepushery to me, esp. in the percussion department.

even tho I'm not really a fan of this style of music. I must admit it's the best "electronic music" in years.
