i am anticipating this release.

I wanted to like him, but from what I've heard (Pylonesque and Blue Shift emissions) I can't really get into it, apart from a few songs.

why would you 'want' to like someone, if not for musical reasons alone?

i just deleted the blue... album

he could be so much better if he just cared about mastering

also i dont like the mood he builds up

hmmm. i can certainly understand the idea of being into a good bit of sleeve artwork, but liking an artist based on that...i'm not so sure. each to their own i guess.

you asked what would make someone "want to like" an artist though. it's not a reason to like an artist for sure, so i agree with you there. but i can totally think of times when i see some great album art and i listen to it and it's shit.
